STUDIO POLICIES

  • Rentals are at the sole discretion of the studio owners. We reserve the right to deny booking for any reason.

  • Please remember that prep and clean up are included in your reservation time. Book enough time for clean up.

  • We are not an event space and we have a max capacity of 15 people.

  • Glitter, paper confetti, and fireworks are not permitted

  • No weapons of any kind are not permitted in the studio space

  • No smoking, drinking, or drugs are permitted

  • Be courteous of those using the studio before and after you. Return the studio to its original state at the end of your rental

  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations

  • You may arrive 15 min. early for your shoot, but if there is a shoot before you, we ask for you to wait to enter until your scheduled time.

  • Please place all equipment back in the original location, place trash in the trash bin.

  • Take all personal belongings with you

  • Please be courteous of shoots after you and make sure to exit when your reservation time is up. 

  • If any of these policies are violated during your shoot, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees.

PAYMENT TERMS.

All payments are final. Payments for rentals are to be made at time of booking unless there are custom accommodations needed for your rental. At which point payment details will be discussed. 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:

Cancellations for any reason will not be refunded. You are permitted 1 reschedule per booking with a $70 reschedule fee, subject to studio availability. After which a new booking will need to be made a full studio price. Studio reserves the right to ban anyone who excessively reschedules and cancels bookings.
